I am looking for a 2CH buck controller or converter, Vin 12V, Vout 5V/20A and 3A/20A, any suggested solutions can meet efficiency 93% and ripple noise less than 40mV.

Hi Mingchih:
One of the recomend is TPS40428, and it contain PMbus, 1.8V@20A at evm is around 92%-93%, so for 5V and 3V3 , it should be meet 93%. it doesn't contain drive. you need using power stage or Driver with Mosfet to achieve high efficiency.

another option is TPS40422, and it contain driver and PMbus, based on EVM data, 12VIn 3V3@20A can higher than 94%.
