Hi Dustin,
The bq76940 is used in TIDA-00255 file, this is the bq76940EVM board and the same board used for the bq76930.
Device symbol/footprints can be downloaded at http://webench.ti.com/cad when available, but I don't find these 3 parts there. I have requested these but expect it will take at least a week.

Cad files were posted overnight. See http://webench.ti.com/cad search for bq769 the 3 parts have bxl files available. The page has instructions for UltraLibrarian and the file.
