TPS659039-Q1: how can I change the GPADC data to thermal?

Dear Sir,

I need to know the chip thermal, so I write 0x9C to register  GPADC_SW_SELECT,

I can read value from the register GPADC_SW_CONV0_LSB and GPADC_SW_CONV0_MSB,

but I don't konw how to change the value to thermal.
