My customer is using a TPS3808G01, Powered from 3.3v and the voltage sense input is scaled from a 5V input via a 1/10 voltage divider. The customer is seeing a situation randomly where the reset output is holding the RESET output low after power up.
Question is: If the 5v (scaled by a 10k /1K divider) comes up first which will apply 0.5v to the internal comparator and then the 3.3v power to the device comes up next could the TPS3808G01 get into a situation were the RESET latches low and remains there?
They are seeing this behavior sometimes and they think the 5V is coming up sometimes before 3.3v.
