1 - How much the power dissipation on absolute maximum rating?
2 - How much the thermal resistance?

Unfortunately, this information is not in the datasheet and I could readily find the thermal specifications on this older device elsewhere. I have contacted our thermal modelling group to see if they can simulate it to provide some ideas. Please allow sometime to find more information and I will write back as soon as I have something.

Hello ACGUY,
Based on rough simulations, thermal resistance numbers are:
Theta Ja = 56.1 degree C/W
Theta Jc = 32.9 degree C/W

maximum power dissipation will be dependent on application environment.
Please understand that these are not datasheet specifications and so use them as guidelines and not as specifications.
