I’d like to know some information about TPS54231.

Does the TPS54231 perform burn-in test before shipment?
If yes, do you perform against all devices?

I'd like to know that performed overstress test for guarantee the quality of the device whether or not.

Hi Gk110,

The burn-in test is done before RTM, but that is impossible to do the test for every device, it takes too much time.
