The resistors at the DELAB, DELCD set baseline dead times between the AB and CD pairs of switches. (The A,B,C,D,E and F switches are identified in the datasheet). The resistor at the DELEF pin sets the baseline dead times between the AF and BE pairs of switches. These baseline dead times are modified by the resistors at the ADEL and ADELEF pins as explained in section 7.3.6 of the datasheet.
The dead times are not easily predicted in advance because there are too many influences due to external factors like Coss of the switches. This means that the optimum dead times must be found by experiment on your hardware. As a starting point I would suggest you copy the dead time settings we used on our EVM.
