Hi all

Would you mind if we ask TPS1H100-Q1?

On the datasheet Figure 44. Work-Mode State Machine, in case of the transition INX, it seems that Diag_EN should be high.
On the customer's circuit, INX and Diag_EN use the same timing and the same voltage level.
So, depends on timing, it might be Diag_EN or INX.
Therefore, does it occur any problems?

    Hello,

    The DIAG_EN must be high for diagonstics. The device performs diagnostics if IN is high or low. Please check table 1 and 2 in page 21. I understood IN and DIAG-EN are tied together in customer circuit. If this is the case, the device can not report the open load in off state. In order to report the open load in off state, the IN should be low and DIAG-EN should be high. Please let me know if this answers your question.
