Hey Juergen,

The non-A version of the part has the radiation report already online.

It should be in the Radiation & Reliability reports tab on the product page.

Hi Daniel,

I found a test report for the A-version on the product page. The non-A version lists radiation reports for TID and SEE, only. Can you check it again?

I am very sorry Juergen I misunderstood.

The NDD test is currently in the works for the non-A TPS50601-SP, but we do not have an expected date for the data at this time.
