LMZM23601: MTBF

Hi,

I've tried using TI's DPPM/FIT/MTBF estimator tool (http://www.ti.com/quality/docs/estimator.tsp

I'm intending to have it continuously supply power for several years. Would I be able to get any MTBF info. on the LMZM23601?
