LM5122: Parallel 4 MOSFETs in both high side and Low side of IC LM5122

I design sync boost by use LM5122 fro boost input 12V to 24V/8.3A , 200W . Can I parallel 4 MOSFET both high side and Low side ? please advice.

    Hi Santi,
    Thank you for considering the LM5122. Generally you an parallel MOSFETs because the LM5122 has a strong, 3A gate driver. However, paralleling too many FETs may lead to excessive switching losses may. The driver strength determines how fast tr and tf it can drive the FETs, given the total gate charge Qg. Please refer to equation (40) and (41) for the losses estimation and get the best tradeoff between conduction and switching losses.
