UC2843: UC2843 Question about output stop of negative power supply.

Dear support member,

My customer made a negative power supply using UC2843.
When Iout 200mA, a phenomenon in which the output voltage stops has occurred.

I have a question.

Q1
Can IC work under this specification condition?

Specification condition
Vin:24V(±10%）
Vout：-15V～-24V
Iout：1A

Q2
Although the phenomenon that the output voltage stops has occurred,
Is it stopped by protection function?
Is there anything else cause?
