Hi.

 my webench design (attached schematic) gives  a mosfet  BSZ520N15NS3 ...but  i have problem about delivery ...webench doesn't give me an alternative.

Can you suggest me an alternative ?

Could i use BSZ12DN20NS3 G with the same package and similar specifications ?

    Hi Mario,

    Thank you for considering the LM3488. Please be advised that the Webench has limited library, and the library may not be updated as frequent as the MOSFETs vendors' portfolio. It is a reference design, and you can choose a different FET close to what is used by the Webench. In this particular case, your substitute MOSFET should work.
