Hi,could you help check Where is the transition point between PWM and PFM? form the formula we cannot understand it，tks！

    Hi Darren,

    This equation models the switching frequency of the device when it already operates in PFM mode, it does not give you the transition point between PFM and PWM mode. You could estimate the transition point when the switching frequency, f_PFM, is round about 2.4MHz (typical forced PWM switching frequency).

    As shown in the calculated example below the transition point for Vin=3.6V, Vout=1.2V is estimated to be arround 300mA to 400 mA which is similar to the measured value on Fig. 1 of DS
