TPS23861: Please help with a design check

Can someone please help me check my design. I get no output for the PoE and I'm not sure how to start debugging the circiut.

Hi Mark,

Can you take some waveform? Please measure the port voltage (probe's positive connects to MOSFET's drain, probe's negative connects to 48V rail). Please take one without connecting a PD and one with connecting a PD. Thanks.
