Hello Sir,

I have to design SMPS with UCC28700 and design specifications as follows 

Vin : 250-450 Vdc 

and there are multiple outputs as :- 12V,10mA  ; 5V,0.6A  ; 12V,40mA .

1) can we get multiple outputs using UCC28700 ?

2) will you please give me the design procedure for calculating the values of components ?

    Hello Rajashekar,

    Thank you for your interest in UCC28700.
    UCC28700 can be used in multiple output designs. I have attached a link for the all the multiple output reference designs with UCC28700. This is a good start.

    The components around the IC UCC28700 will change ,if i have 5 outputs. ? and Is that the calculations of those components provided in that EXCEL ?

    and can you provide simulation file of that design having five multiple outputs using UCC28700.?

    Hi,

    The design files available for the controller are on the web page of the UCC28700 device. You will have to design the controller for the total output power and your VS divider will be for Vout1. You can modify the transformer to have multiple sec windings to supply for your other outputs.
    Please share the business opportunity for this design, like production start date, volume, application etc so I can direct you to the right team.

    there are no things like production or volume. the application is : I have to give supply to UCC28951-Q1 , 2W dc dc converter modules and some auxiliaries in my dc dc converter design.

    Hi,

    The components around the controller will be selected to provide for the total output power, which will not change for how many output rails your design has. One thing to keep in mind is that the PSR controller can only regulate one voltage rail with the heaviest load.
    Yes, these component calculations are provided in the excel calculator.
    We do not have a simulation file to cater for 5 outputs.
