Hi team,

I'm an FAE supporting some industrial/medical companies in Japan.

My customer wants to simulate LM5067 but there is no spice model on TI.com.

Do you have any spice model of LM5067 or similar function part?

The customer will operate LM5067 as simple negative voltage e-fuse.

Incidentally, the customer also needs simple collateral of LM5067(Japanese is very helpful).

Because its datasheet has a bunch of pages.

what is the application use case and end equipment?

Right now spice model for LM5067 is not available. I would suggest to use its equivalent LM5064 for simulation and understanding. Spice and TINA models are available for LM5064 at www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware.
