I would like to get help for the TPS51120 IC. We are using it in our single board computer. The problem we are facing is as follows:
1. WE are able to get the VREG3 , VREG5 outputs with EN3 & EN5 inputs floating.
2. Next, if we enable the CH1 using EN1, we are not able to get the gate drive outputs - - DRVH & DRVL
3. Next if we enable the CH2 using EN2, we are not able to get the gate drive outputs to the MOSFET - DRVH & DRVL
4. VBST1 & 2 outputs are observed to be around 5V.
5. Even after enabling the CH1 & CH2 through the EN1 & EN2 pulled to V5FILT, we are not able to get the output.
6. We are trying to get the output in D-cap mode with COMP pins connected to V5FILT directly.
7. TONSEL is connected to VREF
8. SKIPSEL is connected to GND.
9. CS1 and CS2 connected to V5FILT through resistors.
Kindly let us know the possible reasons why the output switching of the MOSFETS are not happening.
