TPS1663: HTSSOP Package

One more question, is the input voltage able to be low to 4V for operation?

TPS1663 in QFN package is already available for samples and its in preview stage.
HTSSOP is not available for samples but will be RTM along with QFN as the datasheet says.
Let me check on 4V operation and get back.

1. When is the RTM for the QFN package? (Customer now is considering to use QFN)
2. When OV is triggered, what's the protection type? is it auto-retry or latch?
3. Is there any package outline drawing of QFN 24pin on datasheet? is the pin to pin distance 0.2mm with QFN?

Regarding to the OVP fuction with the TPS16630, how is that failure mode during OVP event? Latch or Auto-Retry?Or it can be programmable for either one?

One more, except the TPS16630 with 6A,max current, customer is very interested in it but the price is NOT able to meet their target of bom cost. Is there other device similar to TPS16630 with lower current rating of 2A or 3A? The real current in application is just 1.5A. Very thanks.

TPS2660 is good one with 2A but,
1. the application Vin is only up to 55V, not 60V or above.
2. Back to Back Switch is not necessary in application.

For operating voltages greater than 55V, you can also suggest LM5060 (with external MOSFET). But this has higher min VIN (5.5V).
