Hello ,
Customer is investigating possibilities for dimming infrared (warmth) lighting of in total 3kW on 230V mains.
They are looking at phase-cut or PWM solutions.
Does TI supply solutions to correct the harmonic current emissions due to phase-cut or PWM dimming circuits?

Hello Qian,

Customers feedback:
"The most feasible one appears to be AC PWM (in a bridge configuration).
Since we have a linear load, we would not need PFC.
However we still produce a lot of harmonic currents which are not allowed (dimmers are limited to 1kW).
I guess a mains filter would be sufficient."

Hi Patrick,

Sorry, I'm not supporting AC PWM controller.
Can you use Webench to select some parts first, then submit a new post with the part number?
