Hi Team,

I would like to know use “PWM frequency is around 120Hz” and “Duty is 20% to 40%”.

So, I have two questions.

[Q1]

Can I input “PWM frequency is around 120Hz” and “Duty is 20% to 40% to UDIM pin

[Q2]

Can I input “PWM frequency is around 120Hz” and “Duty is 20% to 40% to SDIM pin

Hello Kanemaru,

Yes, you can do either. At lower PWM frequency the PWM dim may be sufficient and you do not need an external Shunt FET. Shunt FET dimming is much more accurate however you do not want much output capacitance if any at all.
