TINA/Spice/TPS7A85: Is it possible to have a spice model created for TPS7A85 for TINA?

Part Number: TPS7A85
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI, ,

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

Hello,

Is it possible to have a spice model created for TPS7A85 for TINA? I only see models for PSPICE.

  • Hi Dylan,

If you're looking to use the TPS7A85 in an application I would like to suggest using the next-generation TPS7A85A instead. Its pinout is exactly the same and it has no specific sequencing requirements compared to the TPS7A85. You can find the unencrypted PSpice model here:

The PSpice model can then be imported into TINA-TI as explained by Nikhil in this thread:

    Thanks,

    Gerard
