the problem description is as following,
1. R238=9.09K, R237=15K, R235=10mΩ，current limit = 5A, when the output is shorted, the protection is ok, but when output is loaded, the circuit isn't work, and the red light is on. （D21 is red, D20 is green）
2. Keep other parameters unchanged, change R235 = 5mΩ, current limit = 10A，when output is shorted, Q33 is destroyed.
what's the reason about the phenomenon above?
