Hi team,

My customer is looking for the TI solution to configure the Iso_DCDC to convert VIN=500Vdc to Vo=400v/5.5kw.

Could you advise any solution?

Based on these specifications the best solution would be a Phase Shifted Full Bridge controlled by a UCC28951.
At 400V out it could be a better idea to use SiC diodes rather than SRs in which case the UCC2895 could also be considered.
