A recent build of one of our products has had a significant number of TPS54336A where the low side driver is shorted to ground.
I note that a previous e2e entry discussed a design fault that could cause this:

Can you tell me how I can differentiate between parts that have the design fault (presumably prior to the the end of 2014) and parts that do not. I suspect we may have been sold old stock by our supplier.
