Did you have the LED Driver buck-boost solution that the condition as below
Input : 12V , / output: 10~15V / Iout = 1A

LED will adjust the value before power on.

Hello Julian,

The TPS92691 and TPS92692 are good for boost to battery applications (buck-boost returning to input voltage). The EVMs show it configured this way to get an idea of how it works.
