the conditions as below,

Vin=40V、Vout=66V/3.5A

Could you suggest the suitable solution for this design?

    Hello Julian,

    Are there any other requirements for the design, analog dimming, PWM dimming, type of dimming and frequency? Is the 40 volts fixed so will a boost converter will work?

    This is 66V * 3.5A = 231W. The TPS92691 is a 65V rated part but if the current sense is moved to the bottom of the LED stack it should work. The gate drive may or may not be an issue depending on the MOSFET chosen for the design.
