The application is 5V, 30A and the Vds voltage drop need to less than 20mV.

Do you have any recommend NMOS part?

    Thanks for asking about our FETs.

    I assume this is some load switch application and not a switching power supply, as such we can just look at DC characteristics. I also assume the gate drive voltage is 10V.
    For a 20mV drop with 30A means that you will require a resistance in the range of (20mV/30A) 0.6-0.7mOhm at operating temperature.

    The best device I would recommend if this is purely a DC operation (like hotswap or ORing) to hit these resistances would be the CSD16570Q5B.
