In the datasheet for TPS23751, TI provides a typical design in Figure 1. This design has a capacitor CIO that bridges the TPS23751 GND reference and the isolated output GND reference. What is the purpose of this capacitor and can I remove it from a design without any anticipated consequences? I have a board design using this IC but with some radiated noise issues and I want to remove this capacitor. I do not fully understand the purpose of this component in the typical design diagram.
