TPS43060: I_SNS Current during Shutdown

Part Number: TPS43060

I see in the datasheet that each ISNS pin has 70uA typical current draw from VIN. Does this value drop when VEN = GND? If so, what does it drop to?

  • Hi Evan,

Thank you for your interests in the TPS43060. The 70uA bias currents are the working current taken by the CS amp. When the device is disabled, the CS amp is disabled, too, and these current should go away to a much lower level. However we did not characterize this. You can assume Mega Ohm impedance at these pins when the device is disabled.

    Thanks,
