LP5569: Unable to glow LEDS

Part Number: LP5569

Hi,

I am trying to glow LEDS 07H to 0FH using USB-I2C FTDI FT232H cable (with part number i2cChannelInfo[i].Description == "CH232HM-EDHSL-0") | (i2cChannelInfo[i].Description == "CH232HM-DDHSL-0")))

I am trying hard, but unsuccessful in writing LED contents, although am able to read the contents, Not sure whether any other registers to be initialized as pre-requisite, Kindly share me test procedure or code to glow

the LEDs.

Waiting for quick reply.

Regards,

Ganesh.

  • Dear Kenneth,

    Its really encouraging to see your reply.
    But, I am looking code, where I can interact directly with the registers and glow them.
    I don't have EVM or MSP-EXP432P401R LaunchPad Development Kit to interact with
    LP 5569, using USB-I2C FTDI FT232H cable, I am trying to read and write the CONTROL_LED0 to
    CONTROL_LED8 register to glow, I may be wrong also.
    But my requirement is to glow LEDS directly by reading and writing into registers, without using
    EVM or MSP-EXP432P401R LaunchPad Development Kit, please share me code snippet for the same.

    Thanks for your time and co-operation.

    Regards,
    Ganesh.
