Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ25570, , BQ25505
Hi,
I'm comparing the VIN of the BQ25504 and BQ25570. Both have an absolut maximum rating of -0.3 to 5.5 V, but the VIN of the BQ25570 goes up 5.1V whereas the VIN of the BQ25504 goes only up to 3V.
What is the reason for this difference?
I intended to use a IXYS KXOB22-01X8F solar cell with the BQ25504, which has a Voc = 4.7V and Vmpp = 3.4V. See http://ixapps.ixys.com/DataSheet/KXOB22-01X8F_Nov16.pdf
Would this work?
