Hi,

Would you answer these questions:

- Is the part CMOS or bipolar

- Have you done electrical latch up testing

- Do you have any radiation test data on the part?

    Munir,

    1) TPS3808 is open-drain topology. This is functionally equivalent to bipolar but uses NMOS instead of BJT.

    2) We do not have electrical latch up testing data. We do testing to make sure our device does not latch up under any circumstance as long as operating the device within the recommended operating conditions.

    3) We do not have radiation test data.

    Please provide more details on the reason for needing these test data and I can check to see if we can run these tests in the future. Thanks.
