Hello,

I want to know the maximum value of Soft start time.

The time of TYP is described in the data sheet.(1.25ms)

Should I estimate the maximum value about 2 times?

    Hello User,

    As you mentioned, this device's soft start time is spec'd only as typical value, so we cannot guarantee any min/max.
    If you need a statistically meaningful estimation of the soft start time, I would suggest you to measure a certain samples population, say 20 units, before making a guess like doubling the value.
