Hi Sunset,

The FIT number is 125 Fits at 55C in the front page of the datasheet under Feature section. This will result in an equivalent MTBF of 8M device hrs.

May you also provide the other info that are typically returned on the web?

Such as the one below for the INA240.

Can you make sure that the database is also populated, so for the next time we have the data available online?

From what I've seen the MTBF calculation is derived from a "Device Reliability Prediction" report similar to the one attached. I'd expect the conditions for this value to be based on Case-1 Black Box Estimates (50% Stress, Temp = 55degC, No Device burn-in) but this report does not list the other info you are looking for. 4743.LMZ14201_FIT_MTBF_070518.pdf
