From what I've seen the MTBF calculation is derived from a "Device Reliability Prediction" report similar to the one attached. I'd expect the conditions for this value to be based on Case-1 Black Box Estimates (50% Stress, Temp = 55degC, No Device burn-in) but this report does not list the other info you are looking for. 4743.LMZ14201_FIT_MTBF_070518.pdf
