Our design incorporates the TPS65400 PMIC. The flash memory will be programmed before starting up the board. There is no link for the MCU to modify the flash.
The operation of our board is critically dependent on startup sequence programming retained in flash.
The data sheet does not mention anything about long-term data retention in the flash.
What data retention performance can we expect? How much will retention time be reduced by elevated temperatures?
