Dear Team,
My customer is using the TPS54128 to generate Vout of 1.8V
When he try to start the device at -40degC the devices wakes up with wrong and jittering freq (this is the same case at -30degC).
Do you have any idea what might be causing this ?
The output compensation he uses is R=14.7Kohm ; C=1.5nF as in figure 31 on the datasheet
C_SS=15nF ; RT/CLK=187Kohm.
