TPS51218: Thermal resistance parameters

We need the thermal resistances values (Rja, Rjc and Tc) of the TPS51218DSCR to do the thermal analysis.

However, we cannot find them on data sheet. Please advise.

Thanks for your feedback. I can see this spec. However, it is too general and we need more detail spec including the Rja, Rjc and Tc etc. Is it possible to get those parameters.
