Datasheet figures 18, 30 and 36 show both VIN_DC and VSTOR, zoomed in during charging. Figures 14 and 15 doesn't show VIN_DC but show a zoomed out view of VSTOR and VBAT charging. The boost converter output at VSTOR is a function of VBAT voltage and load on VSTOR.
You set the desired output voltage with the VBAT_OV resistors. If your question is how much output current can I get with VBAT_OV=VSTOR=4.2V and the inputs above, you can use a power balance to estimate: eff=Po/Pi=(VSTOR*ISTOR)/(0.8V*1.2mA) where eff is pulled from the datasheet efficiency curves 2 and 3 (~82%).
