EV2400: 1949558

Typically, you will see the "No Free EV2400s" message if you have bqStudio or bqEVSW open that is already communicating through this EV2400.
You have to close all the other TI Gauge/Charger software before trying to update it.

Thanks for the information.
If it is not enumerating in the Device manager please try running "DevCon.exe" with the "findall" option ("DevCon FindAll") to see if the device will enumerate after the command. (DevCon is available from Microsoft at docs.microsoft.com/.../devcon )
Otherwise it indicates is a problem with the code on the EV2400, that somehow it got corrupted. In this case unfortunately, you might have to get a different EV2400.

Thanks for your answer, as your advice, i run the "DevCon.exe" tool, but There is still no this device in my Device manager. but when i use a new EV2400, these is no problem. So Can I confirm that this is a problematic EV2400?
