TPS65100: Is there a minimum limit for the negative charge pump?

I would like to use a TPS65100 to generate the required voltages for a display with these specifications:

As I understand, I can supply AVDD from the main boost converter. I would then use the positive and negative charge pumps for VGH and VGL. I am confused if the required voltage is possible with either a TPS65100 or TPS65150. It is stated that they are identical, but the TPS65100 integrates an 3.3V LDO.

The datasheets have differing statements concerning the voltage range of the negative charge pump though:

TPS65150

TPS65100

Can either one of the two provide the required voltage of -7V?
