LM74700-Q1: internal current path at negative power supply on ANODE, EN

hello,

the customer asked us a question about the device function while negative power -15V is applied on ANODE and EN or ANODE,EN=0V, GND=15V.

We understand that no any damage is happened however we want to know if any current is conducted from GND. If yes, how large current do we expect.

Hello T Imi,

When negative input is applied, LM74700 protects the circuits after it and does not conduct any current through LM74700 GND pin.

Hi Karikalan,

Thank you for your quick response. Let me confirm again I understand that NO any current is appeared from GND to any pins even if ANODE and EN are applied negative power aainst GND.
