Wide range input Power Supply

Hello Jean,

A search through our Reference Designs indicates that the LM5022 is used quite often for such a wide-range type of application.  Although this part is originally targeted for boost and SEPIC applications, it is also widely used for isolated flyback supplies.

None of the designs that I could find matched your input and output requirements unfortunately,  but several came close in different aspects.

These will give you a good overview of the design structure for your circuit.  The first design does not use opto-coupled feedback, but shows how to arrange the input start-up and bias network to operate from ~20V to 200V.  The second design has a different start-up network (that I believe is lossy) but shows how the opto-coupled feedback network is implemented. 

In either case, the actual component values for your design will differ from those of the reference designs.  Use the LM5022 datasheet design procedure to calculate the parameters and values for your specific application.
