TPS2051B: TPS2051B short circuit delay time

Hi team,

During short circuit, the SC current is 1.9A max which is much higher than teh OC current of 1.3A.

My customer would like to know what is the typical time that the current is above the Ios?

Hi, Sai Loo,

Seems no this parameters in datasheet. From my test, this time is around 120us.

Test setup: I used 5V Vin and short 2.5ohm resistor from Vout to GND. Below is output current waveform.
