Can you share the theta Junction-Case top and theta Junction-Case bottom for the LMZ34002RKGR?

    Hi,

    The datasheet uses the two different set of parameters (psiJT and psiJB) since this is more appropriate and closely models the real system. There is an application note that details what these mean. Because of this, the datasheet has junction to board and junction to top characterization parameters instead of thermal resistance.
