LM5045: Can I ground BST1, BST2 and HS1, HS2 when not using the gate drive?

Hello,

I do not plan on using the gate drivers (BST1, BST2, HS1 and HS2) and would like to know if I can ground the pins.  If not, what is the recommendation for these pins when not using them?  If I can ground these pins are there any drawbacks to taking this approach?
