UCD9090A: is there method to re-download firmware to UCD9090A when UCD9090A can't be communicated by PMBUS

Hi 

UCD9090A is used in customer.

but customer make a wrong download action, now UCD9090A is not damaged, but UCD9090A can be found by PMBUS.

do you have method to help customer to re-download firmware to this UCD9090A chip?
