BQ24610: Stat1 is flashing in full charge state, Stat2 is off

Part Number: BQ24610

*set up

Vin=15V

VBat=13V

Charging Current(fast charge) = 2A set(measured value: 1.5A)

Precharge, termination current= 0.3A

AC input current =4A

*problem is,

Stat1 is flashing , Stat2 is off in full charge state

*I did debug Precharge, termination current.(current change 0.3A to 0.5A)

=>problem is solved

but one of two PCB is normal operation in full charge state, the other one is abnormal operation in full charge state..

(normal state is that stat1 is off and that stat2 is on.

 abnormal state is that stat1 is flashing and that stat2 is off.)

*Analayzed result is,

normal PCB of one is that fastcurrent is 1400mA, abnomal other PCB is that fastcurrent is 1500mA.

Just make a difference about 100mA between PCBs. and the result is much difference.

is it right this way about solving flash problem??

if this way is right, why is it sensitivity ??

if two PCB  is normal operation,is precharge and termination current raised more up than 0.5A?

please reply my question.
