Hi, most parts looks OK, just the PGround and Aground is not cut very clear. and L9/L11 should be Ground, right?

So far,I am not sure what cause this. I suggest to do some action to check.

1, disconnect R546 100ohm

2, if change item1 not improve, change R544 and R545 to 100ohm. or connect Gsense/Vsense to Vout to try to check whether related with sense line.
