Hi,

When the PG is high, the MOSFET is turned off, the PG pin is connected with Vout through a resistor, so the leakage current is very low.

Why does the customer want to know the current?

As you say, I understand that the leakage current is very small.
The customer wants to determine the pull-up resistance in consideration of the leakage current.
If you have any design values, please let me know
